I dove head first into the permanent makeup industry in 2019 - before microblading was big in our area! The industry has come so far since then and I have enjoyed growing with it! I am Chelsea DePugh owner/artist of Foxy Beauty Bar. When naming Foxy Beauty Bar it was a no brainer, my maiden name is Fox! I knew I wanted to incorporate this somehow in my shop name. When my clients walk through the door, I want them to feel comfortable and laid back. Permanent makeup and fine line tattoos can pack a pretty big ball of nerves! I will walk you through the process, figure out your goals and having feeling confident by the time you walk out the door!

My goal for your time at Foxy Beauty Bar is to be a whole experience that you will be excited to tell your friends about.

Overall, most clients are very quick to express the whole process was much easier than anticipated. I never blade the same brows twice, every design is customized to suit whoever is sitting in my chair best. I aim for a very natural look that focuses on facial symmetry and structure.

I appreciate all of the wonderful clients who have supported me along the way, the OG clients who have become more of friends and all of the ones I have yet to meet!
